To use this product - simply press the metal platelet inside the product. This then crystalizes the product creating the heat. To reuse - simply place in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, until the crystals turn back into a iquid state and then allow to cool. Each Flux Hand Warmer will stay warm for up to 30 minutes
